I have changed my MAC using TMAC (program) but still didn't change IP..

Possible for you to help me VIA Team-viewer or something? :p

What's your router model?

Tmac would change the mac address of your wifi/ethernet port on the computer running the program. You need to change the router's mac address to grab a new address.

That would be what you're asking for I'm pretty sure!

There's a few different ubee modems out there, so I can't determine which one you have from the image. Take a look here [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and tell me which cable modem you have.

Router model, as in the specific name of the router you've been given by your ISP.

ex: "I have a Netgear R7000!"

What you took a screenshot of appears to be your router login page.

From the basic page in the web interface, go to setup and click release WAN address. Let it sit for five to ten minutes, and then click renew WAN address.

It appears you can't change the mac address on this device, so you wont be able to grab a new IP address that way.

So it won't work that way? Or are you saying try that?

In theory it will work if someone else grabs your WAN IP address, otherwise they may assign you the same one. The only way to be sure you wont get the same address is to leave it unplugged for a few days, as the WAN IP address will go back into the DHCP pool for someone else to grab.

If you need it changed as soon as possible, try calling up TWC again and see if you can request a new WAN IP address.

I have tired contacting TWC and they say they can't give me a new IP that I would need to change my service or wait till my lease is up and leave it unplugged around that time which is in 6 days.

You could try using a VPN instead, it's not actually changing the ip, but it will spoof it just the same , there are several good VPNS for real cheap, if not free. I personally use Earth VPN.
