If I'm honest I'll probably play rs3 with old school graphics but I'm new to rs so what games better?

Neither game is better than the other, one is old and filled with nostalgia but not "2007" anymore they have had tons of updates and will continue to. RuneScape 3 is a newer graphics frequent updates higher tiers, more evolving PvM as opposed to OSRS pk community. At the end it is all preference I personally like RS3 although I do enjoy OSRS from time to time

You don't need a massively good PC to run runescape, if you plan on playing on bad graphics then most laptops or PC's would do.

I wouldn't get an Asus and I would aim for slightly higher specs if you want your pc to stay decent for a longer period of time and i3 is kinda meh imo I'd get an i5 at a minimum

Better to invest into something a bit better that will keep you satisfied for longer if you ask me anyways gl
