I am currently working with another website that will help me locate the professionals needed to make this app work. The final piece of the puzzle after the app is completed, all servers rolling, is the approval of playstation and xbox. With online gamers supporting and backers from kickstarter, possibly creating a petition. Whatever I need to do to make these companies realize they will bank from this project.

Thats because Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo aren't going to allow some pleb to hijack and change their online services...

The only way this would work is if you managed to work with Microsoft and Sony. And that is not going to happen. If you had any idea of how complex their systems are, you would realise this is impossible.
