Hey guys just want to know what's the best method for a level 1 to rank up the fastest?

Play some races, missions, or captures. Look on YouTube - tons of captures that will get you tons of rp. Good luck!

if you have a wired controller, you can set your character in the shower overnight. I did this & went from a level 0 to a level 105 in 2 weeks.

it also works if you have rechargeable batteries that charge via usb. just put char in shower, tie a rubber band on right controller to keep it in place. make sure plug is charging, and mic is not muted. set your headset on top of console so that mic will pic up buzzing and voila.
