They made so much from Fast 7 it would be stupid not to keep on going, yes Paul's goodbye would of been a nice way to end the series but like you said he would want the movies to keep on coming because he know's how much people love them. Even critics say its a franchise you cant really hate, that says something.

As much as I have liked all of the FF movies, I would have to say it isn't a great idea for an 8th. What would the story be, a new "villain"? That ship pretty much sailed with 6 & 7. Also what about Mia and her son and the other child she's expecting, will they continue to be apart of the story or will they "leave" considering she didn't play much of a role in 7 and wouldn't really be able to do anything in the 8th. Also Paul/Brian, one of the main characters in every FF movie is gone so will they get a replacement? Or will someone else from the "crew" become number 2 considering that in every movie there was some sort of main character duo that made the story so interesting..

I can't wait but it's gonna be weird without paul
