This glitch, as the title implies, is for Solo play only, and so therefore will not appear on the Leaderboards. Here is a text tutorial:
This will only work on Black Ops due to the Quick Revive Machine having different "Properties" on Solo Black Ops than the Solo CoD 5 Zombies Quick Revive Machine
1. Load up any map on Solo.
2. Play through until you have Juggernaut (Juggernaut is recommended as you will be having a Crawler hit you up).
3. Get a Crawler.
4. Get the Crawler to hit you up onto the Quick Revive Machine. NOTE: this'll take a few tries - you don't have to stand in any given place, just in front of the Quick Revive Machine.
4.5. The Zombies can still hit you freely when you are on the Quick Revive Machine.
5. Down yourself whilst on the Quick Revive Machine.
6. Keep buying Revive and downing yourself until you buy your last Quick Revive.
7. the Quick Revive Machine flying away will knock you out of the Map. You will have your gun for a short period of time and then your screen will go black and you will have no gun.
8. The Rounds will slowly go up as the Zombies die of their own accord.
9. This works on all Maps (I believe). On Der Riese you will not receive a Black Screen and I think you will be able to walk around under the Map.

Well it worked for me last week. It may have been patched.
EDIT: This video was made on the 26th of December (yesterday). So don't be a wiseass and say it doesn't work. You're obviously doing it wrong.

Yeah but it would be interesting to see and what not.. Also seeing how many Rounds you can get up to before you decide it's a waste of time.. =P
