Yeah I spent a while on the hair.
I tried texturizing it a bit, but that didn't work out how I planned.
And idk, it took a while to get it looking decent haha.

I also strategically placed it there, as to mimic a polo design for example...
So it wouldn't seem so intrusive.
Also, if it's placed in the corner, it can be easily cropped out.
So I like to place it further in.

Ok that sounded really bad when I said it the first time.
I knew that you were trying to make it look like a polo shirt
but you have this drop shadow on there
so it looks like you just slapped it on there.
So I say you just redo the water mark and draw it on the shirt
to actually blend it into the piece.
