Basically it seems everyone on TTG has modded cars on gta online BUT they are only willing to trade them not duplicate them? if you cant sorry i dont really know much about modded cars all i know is the legit game and all the recent punto money glitches

SO since i have no modded cars how would i go about getting my fist one

I saw someone with a diamond modded insurgent which looked awesome

Well u need to have luck and find someone nice enought or the u be a dick like most of the ppl and scam someone and tell him to dupe first (when trading) and when u get the car just leave

im still confused though when you duplicate a car you still have the personal vehicle but your friend spawns in the duplicate in their garage so how can people steal?

Personally I would not do this because it increases your chance being banned

It doesnt, the only time you will possibly get banned is if you duplicate a blacklisted car
