Yes, it's called team spirit.

It's much better than chemistry IMO as you aren't actually restricted with the type of team you can build (Chemistry links between leagues and nations).

As long as your player is good for the managers play style then he will have 99 team spirit although some players won't have very good team spirit (Chemistry) but you can play matches to get it up, once a player's team spirit is 99 it will never go down

Another method, I just found myself to get good players (not sure if others know) but if you open the free agents you get at the end of the games together you get a % increase. Therefore if you open 50+ together its a guaranteed black ball

It still is very good though, stacking 3, 3 star agents is always good. 20% black ball normally.

Build up the play slowly, no audacious long balls amd you should be golden.
