Ok guys so i was playing csgo with some friends and i alt tabbed out and on my desktop there was a little box and i saw my webcam light flicker on and off and i heard a voice say hello to the boy and in the red shirt (im wearing a red abercrombie shirt) and i tried to close out of it atleast 5 times and in the box (whoever was typing) said haha cant close out of this bud and i just put a question mark and i was in a call on skype with my friends at the time and was going to share the screen and the person said better not do that bud and end and quit skype while your at it from there i was freaking out and i quit skype and then my power went out so should i be scared or no?

If your power went out then yes you should be scared, lol but, ASAP you need to scan your computer for viruses as this has happened to me when someone was watching you through a webcam.

my power went out what i didnt mean to type that idk but i turned off my pc and turned it back on and now everything is fine so far

Download Malwarebytes, scan, and see if it eliminated any threats. Somehow you got ratted. So now that guy has the ability to turn off your computer, but he can't turn it on. He can also get all your logins and passwords, pause your activity, talk to you on voice or IM, or turn on your webcam. It's a matter of time before something worse happens.

Sounds like someone RATed you. Apparently you should shut off your internet, and go to processes and check for any suspicous processes, and end them. Then find any suspicious programs that might say "Dark Comet RAT" or something like that once you boot ur computer in safe mode and delete the program. As said above, you should download MalwareBytes except I suggest using it in Safe Mode without the Internet.

Get that virus out fast! I keep tape over my webcam maybe you should do that too.
