I am unsure if this is against the rules, if it is I shall remove it. But there is a website specifically for finding guardians for raids/nightfalls/strikes/weeklys. One fan made(more active) and one bungie made. Just search on google, destiny lfg(looking for group.
Dot net is the fan made (more active)
Dot com is the bungie made(less active)
They break it down specifically by raid and each step
I.e. Crotas End- Ir Yut,bridge,fresh, etc.
They break it down by normal/hard as well.
