I drive a Citroen Saxo and the steering wheel is big, it will catch my leg ever so often.

If I was to get a different steering wheel, will It affect my insurance?

Well it doesn't have an air bag so it could effect your insurance but here in the united states we don't have to report any sort of mods done to our cars. Keep it to yourself and you should be fine just don't crash.

You could just not declare it, It's up to you if you want to take that risk.
