Hey guys / girls I am customizing a phat console which I may or may not end up RGHing. Right now I just finished the window cut and did a rough sanding job. I will be doing more sanding and airbrushing the entire case.

Hopefully it will turn out really cool and maybe I will make more if it does . Anyway I will be updating this thread as I progress through the customization so feel free to check it out!

Pictures:

Here is my first cut of the window and a very rough sand:

Here it is now sanded down with 100 grit first, then 220, working on 300 right now.

Sounds like a fun project you have going there , hopefully you will smooth out the rough edges on the cuts soon.

Hehe yeah I will for sure smooth out those rough edges. Literally just finished the rough sanding job with high speed on my dremel and wanted to upload this xD! Thanks for the encouragement!

Not a bad start. Also don't be worried about the rough edges as mine looked worse than that but after you sand it down fully it will look 100x better

Cant wait to see the finished product +Rep

Not quite sure what you mean by the middle of the mouth / beard part. I thought about including the mouth but it would of looked wierd because it would of required tabs in order to stay there.

You could cut the mouth part out and stick it to the top of the plexi glass once once you have installed it.
