I am new to battlefield as hardline is the first I've owned. How do I get an rpg and also what is this hacker mode I see mentioned around here and there???? Thanks in advance! Will +rep

You cannot purchase RPG's like you can with other various guns. In order to get an RPG, or something similar, you have to pick it up from various locations on a map. Hacker mode isn't that fun because you hack cameras, ping enemy players, and emp enemies as well. It is fun for a good 3 tries. Hope I helped!
