Okay , I was where you are six years ago which was clueless & I fell in love with MLG when I watched Evyus on COD4. But I just watched a lot of MLG/GB videos & learned the call outs that way. I put in about 7-10 hours of game play everyday of straight scrimming or playing GB matches. It really depends on how fast you learn things honestly.

Try and find other people your age with your dedication
Get a team going, find a league to play in!
Then take over!

I suggest that you sign yourself up for Gamebattles and UMG then have a look at the match rules, study that and that will give you a background on how to set up the games and what is and isnt allowed.

As for call outs when i started i watched a lot of youtube videos of pro players and then listened carefully to there call outs and tried to place them on that map.

Theres no point in getting a full team together as of yet if your just starting but give it a few months and then get a team.
