Either going to get SIF Hummels, Boateng and Neuer or get TOTY Luiz, Silva and Sirigu in my defence, which would you suggest?

Go with the Ligue 1 setup. I honestly think Neuer is overrated in FIFA this year so I would not pay a couple of hundred thousand coins on a goalkeeper when they all make very stupid mistakes in game.
