I've run a virus scan with BitDefender, and I scanned for malware and adware too, and each scan came up with quarantined results, so I deleted all the quarantined files, but apparently those files have nothing to do with my problem. Every time I open chrome, I have a newly added Extension, usually something sketchy, like "Bbrrowseeandshope". The only thing these extensions do is give me ads on every webpage I visit, and if I remove the extension from chrome, it just re-adds itself the next time I open chrome. Also, whenever I try to open a google doc from my google drive, it redirects me to a phishing site.. Someone please help me out I need these files. Should I try uninstalling and reinstalling chrome?

Check your installed programs, and see if you have any dodgy looking programs installed.

Also, what is the exact name of the extension that keeps appearing? Will help in the removal process.

Easy fix, uninstall google chrome. Reinstall it. I have had browserrshopps appear before and it is a pain, no way to remove it. Also check your program files too though, there should be a few dodgy folders all with shop/store/sell/sales/deals in their name. Delete them and all sanity should be restored.
