GTA servers are back up finally, if not just disconnect then reconnect your home router and it will work, worked for me and I have now finished the first heist mission and unlocked the brand new car: karin kuruma, sorry to spoil the wait but enjoy!!

Every time I get in a heist it says download fails then kicks me know how to fix this
