"I cannot rant enough about the idiots that work in drive through. DUMMIES!!! I order a small salad, diet coke, and 1 McChicken in McDonalds drive thru in my town. And what do I get??? 3 cheeseburgers, an apple pie, and a milkshake. I know this may seem trivial to some but this freaking NEVER FAILS to happen to me."

seems like someone on the inside gave you the wrong persons meal, doesnt have anything to do with the person actually taking the order, it was the person distributing the food.

im so confused, to all the people saying this happens to them also, dont you guys like check your bags before you leave? Just go inside and tell them this isnt what you ordered..

Man its not like they might have had long shifts of putting peoples food into a bag all day, people can get stuff mixed up once in a while.
Plus it looks like you got more than what you ordered, I would be grateful haha.

This happened to me last week but instead of a salad I asked for a Big Mac and the guy at the DT gave me two wraps. I was not happy.

Uh... I'm more confused on why you go to McDonald's and proceed to order a Diet soda and a salad... The burger shine is 90% of your daily intake

Well, in their defense when you work with tons of orders all the time it gets stressful and difficult to keep up with. But, it also does make me upset as well when they get orders wrong so I understand.

I tend to check the bag and tell them straight away if they've got my order wrong.

Sometimes they would forget a McChicken I ordered. However, I always check my bag before I drive off.

I can feel your frustration from this actually, it's a huge disappointment when I am ready to dig into my food and then it's not what I wanted...
