We're starting to plan our Honeymoon and we have decided on a cruise!

We don't have any particular cruise destination in mind. I'm looking for ideas, fun ports, cruise lines you recommend, any input really!

If you've been on a cruise, where did you go/what did you do?

Suggestions can be out of the USA. Departing from anywhere!

I Went on a cruise with my girlfriend and loved it.


We went to the Bahamas on a 7 day cruise. We departed out of New York.
It was fun we where on floor 13 so we had a private balcony.



If your going to go on a cruise you should get anything above floor 11. You will love it because you get a balcony.

I went on a 4 day cruise I think it was carnival not sure. we went to atlantis paradise island. I would recommend visiting atlantis. Its very fun, well I enjoyed it, there is a casino, water slides and some other activities. I think it would be a good place to go with your spouse. The only "bad" thing I would have to say is the rooms on the cruise are somewhat small, but you still have space and all

Can't remember how long our cruise was but we
went all down through the Caribbean and stuff
visited some small islands, St. Thomas, St. Lucas
all those down there. Really fun! Met some pretty
cool people too along the way, we went on
"Royal Caribbean" cruise line, very good service
overall we had a blast!!

From my experience, and my grandfather (who has been on over 20) Carnival is the best company to go with. Their crew is amazing, and the activities that go along with it cannot be beat. Anywhere in the caribbean and bahamas are amazing. Cozumel and many of the other parts of the caribbean area absolutely beautiful, and sometimes rank as the most beautiful beaches in the world. I would highly recommend taking a look into those as a start.

I've used carnival cruise line on a 1 week cruise to st Thomas, St. John's, st Martin, st Lucia, and st kitts. It was so much fun and exciting. I flew to Miami Florida where we departed.
