Does anyone know where I can get a 4.70 jailbreak without ads or surveys and no passwords that work? If so please leave the link below

There isn't one for 4.70 there all fake.

Like justeve said their all fake ! And if you find one without a survey don't use it as most people now a days say it's a "jailbreak CFW" but it will actually be the latest OFW firmware so they make you lose your jailbreak
