So my sister likes to make minecraft skins and change her skin alot so today she tried logging in to her account to change her skin again and it wont log her in. Is there anything she can do I have tried to click on forgot username/password and said it didn't exist. Did she lose her account?

Are you sure you are using the correct username to log in with? Have you tried using the email you used to create the account with in place of the username? I know I have to use the email address in the username slot to sign in now
