So ye I've seen a bit of chinese cartoons and I know my stuff : I.

Absolute Duo - New airing show right now, its on episode 9. Pretty much reminds me of freezing, but it has a more awesome main girl character, and did I mention she is a bad ass fighting loli?! I'd check this one out for sure.

Death Parade - Currently airing at the moment, made by the same creators of Death Note, its about arbiters that set up games with people that died to determine whether they go to hell or heaven. At the moment its starting to explain more of the back story, but the starting of the show was very vague and didn't inform you much of whats going on.

Rainbow: Nisha Rokubou no Shichinin - Made by Madhouse this is a great anime depicting the life of these kids that are in a juvenile prison to whom they bond with a mysterious older person in their cell. Come to find out they get a long really well, but the prison conditions are bad with the abusive guards, and the crooked doctor. Each character gets their own arch pretty much, but this is my number one anime by far.

Seirei Tsukai no Blade Dance - This is an awesome loli fighting anime with an op main character, and lolis naked in kneesocks.... need I say more?

Seikoku no Dragonar - Pretty much the same type of anime as Blade dance however the loli in this story is a dragon in a human girl form. It has tons of ecchi moments with decentish fights I guess. Still a good anime.

Grisaia no Kajitsu - Anime with a opish type main character that seems to be ex military (you find out where he really is from), he goes to a private school with 6 other girls only attending, and he befriends each one, and it seems they also get their own arch. But nonetheless its pretty good, also it has a loli in it.

Black Bullet - Awesome fighting anime with too many lolis to count, dont get too attached.

Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai - Decent harem anime. Kid with blonde hair moves into school at tokyo where he is immediately depicted as a bad kid because of his hair. Come to find out he meets a girl with no friends as well so they form the neighbors club or something like that, and he gets himself a harem of ladies with two lolis. (hue).

Jyu Oh Sei - Survival anime where two brothers get sent to an unknown planet when they were unconscious with their parents murder still in their minds. However little do they know this planet is inhabited by carnivorous plants where they must fight to survive.
