There isn't anything that stands out about the game to me honestly. I mean it is somewhat enjoyable but, I wish I would have waited for a steam sale to pick it up.

Donatello wrote I actually wanna hear more on this aswell, I was gonna see about getting it but I haven't heard many critical reviews and I'm tired of buying games that are too easily finished.

Alright, if you like dead island. Youll probably like this game. Idky I bought this game to be honest, I felt the same way about dead island. Its a boring dry repetive cliche zombie game. The parkour is sorta cool but to be honest with you man, I barely even killed the zombies.

Dying light shoulda been called "zombie runner simulator" I mean really, from picking up pipes from the ground hitting like 10 zombies and then having it break I realized killing these **** zombies was pointless.

The game is one GIANT fetch quest, run across the entire map to talk to someone, run across the entire map 2 times to recover this item... I mean really.. This is fun to people?

I beat the game in like 9 hours.

That's the worst kind of game, I hate doing the errand boy stuff. I just thought maybe it'd catch me off guard from the night time experience. Like the whole morphing into zombies x10 dubbed with pure evil.

That had me sold, most RPGs don't have allot of thrill just "Lets see how much time we can put in."

Whats the story like and cinematics? Are they impressive?

If the free running was like mirrors edge free running then I'd think about getting it. But to be honest it feels like it's no different to Dead Island. Except it's just a different place and different story.

Like Qwel said. You're basically an errand boy. Run here, collect that, do this. Small, time consuming crap that doesn't even make sense or matter to he main story. Running across the map back and forth all the time using the crappy parkour skills that is basically vaulting the tiniest fences/gates, jumping like 4 feet long max and pulling yourself up 5 foot walls. So hardcore...

Everyone has their own opinion of something, each to their own. Personally I think Dying Light looks amazing and when I have the money I'll definitely be buying it.

A review that really opened my eyes & usually does with games is: TheAngryJoeshow , his dying light & evolve review were really surprising to me! He also will most likely make you laugh & want to watch his other reviews!

After reading this I may hold off a while before buying it, it just looks like every other zombie game, tbh.

I've played the game and I thought the campaign was pretty good. I thought the whole parkour thing was awesome. There are just a couple things that I didn't like. First off, they need to move away from the Dead Island thing. They've been riding that wave for way too long. A metal sword shouldn't be breaking after killing zombies. It's not like I'm smacking it off the ground a bunch. I wish they would've made it possible for us to drive vehicles like in Dead Island. Driving vehicles would've made it more believable. I mean there's thousands of vehicles and you can't drive any of them, so stupid. The second thing I didn't really care for was all the running around. I get that they want you to explore but you can only explore so much and when I was exploring I wasn't really concentrated on campaign mode. I explored more while I was doing side missions and working for the achievements.

Overall, I think it was pretty good. If you liked Dead Island you'll love this game.

I wish the story of the last of us, would have been in the gameplay of dying light...

Imagine people. Imagine.
