The colors don't match aswell as the fog lighting is very bright. Abit much on the glass effect. But nice try

Text is hard to make out , too much going on with no balance.

The text should be the main focal, so a little depth and blur is needed.

The effects dont really go with the style.

The banner needs some flow and depth.. You have too much going for the eye to take in here.

Good try can see what your trying to achieve just needs some adjustments..

I saw the word unique and got hopeful, then I looked down and saw nothing of the sort. There is a massive amount of over/under exposed areas and no feeling of realism depth as it appears flat. I am not really sire what you are trying to achieve with this banner, perhaps a description of where you were trying to go can help me give you some feedback.
