If all your connectors are plugged into there correct slots there should be no issues unless the headset is broken. Do they work fine on your Xbox?

I've solved it. I have to plug the headset through the back instead of the front panel

Alright make sure to enable your headset so you can hear through them. It may have already done this by default if you don't own external speakers.

Go to Control Panel and click Hardware and Sound, then click Manage Audio Devices. Then set your headset as default.
