Personally, I've built a pretty unique system. Its not based on the best gaming performance but is based on good looks, silence and quality parts.

My system is officially silent when your about a foot away. Get any close and all you can hear is the humm of a pump - Perfect since the pump cant get any slower.

My rig is also colour co-ordinated. Black white & a dash of red [with the exception of the blue PCB on my GPU] IMO, I think it goes quite nicely together.

So saying one rig is better than another is kinda stupid since [well for me anyway] I've built mine for different reasons than you. But since your asking for it.

4790k vs 4460 - 8 threads for gaming. You must be high. 4460 is cheaper & better for gaming needs. So unless your editing, your I7 is a waste.

ASUS MAXIMUS VII RANGER vs MSI Z97M Gaming - Much money spent on useless features which you wont use and don't even know about.

16GB KINGSTON HYPER-X BEAST DUAL-DDR3 2133MHz vs 8GB Corsair Vengeance 1866 8GB for gaming is plenty. Even while having many Adobe products, I only used around 6GB.

GTX 970 vs 7850 - Got rekt here. But due for an upgrade.

CORSAIR 750W CS SERIES vs Fractal Design Newton R3 600W - Yours is Gold rated, cheap parts, looks awful, overpriced and non-hybrid. "CS Series Modular power supplies are ideal for basic desktop systems " not for gaming use. You can see my review of my PSU here

Corsair H60 vs Silverstone Tundra TD02 - Just no. Not even going to compare this. You might as well blow air on your CPU

Shame he bought good quality stuff instead of throwing cash around because he thinks he's a playa. Alexyy's PSU is far superior than yours, hands down, as is his cooler. Xigyy's PSU and cooler also has you beat. You really should have asked and listened to our advice instead of wasting money to be quite honest.
