I have a budget of around $1000, and I need help choosing what parts. I want one mostly for gaming and browsing the Web. If anyone wants to take their time building me one I would be most grateful. Thanks again

A little bit over budget after rebates, if you can manage;

You can add an aftermarket cooler in the future and start overclocking, if you wish. If you're not going to overclock, save some money by swapping the 4690k for a 4440. Keep that motherboard, regardless though, for SLI support, in case you ever need it.
