Easily. 4690k+970 are more than enough. You'll max out any game on a 1080p panel with ease. You'll be able to get playable settings on 1440p with ease as well. A single 970 is even going to handle 4K pretty well. The motherboard and what not are pretty shit though.

H81 with a 4690k? There was no point in you getting a unlocked CPU mate. I'd suggest getting a Z97 board in there and a decent aftermarket preferably a AIO liquid(depending on your case)

Yes?: Easily, I still max out near enough every game on ultra bar far cry 4 on my gtx 770 and thats because I have a amd fx 6100. Still play sweet, you will be fine.
