Have you checked to see whether your audio drivers are up to date? I see you have updated your laptop but what about specifically your 'audio' drivers?

When I used to have my laptop whenever I like accidentally hit it or smacked it or anything like that the audio would shutter. The best thing to do is either keep it in a nice tight place or try to open it up and clean it.

Does the issue only happen when you are viewing youtube videos for example? Have you tried a different browser?

Also have you tried to listen to media that is stored on your laptop without any problems?

Check to see if any plugins such as Flash Player need updating.

Sounds like your CPU or GPU is on its way out. OR it could be simply that they arent cooling properly. Does it exhaust heat quickly?
