be aware sometimes it can take up to like 20 days before you hear anything from ea, it took me 2-3 months when i got compensation back which i was annoyed it took so long.

Trust me email ea and talk to them. Same thing happened to me, 1m was stolen with alot of players, they gave me my coins back plus what the players were worth and for some reason a extra 200k so be confident and Good Luck

EA will help you but it will take a very long time, but it will be worth it. i got hacked for 700k last year. it took about 5 months but i ended up getting compensated 500k, 5k fifa points and 3 100k packs. then 2 months later they accidentally gave me another 800k. good luck brother

If you purchased these coins from EA and they aren';t there, complain. Otherwise, don't complain
