hahaha! That's why I've stopped playing EA games, Madden is the only one I can bring myself to buy now - only because I love sports so much.

>bought premium for PS4
>Gets no premium rewards
>new maps come out
>early release doesn't work
>regular release still doesn't let me play
>contact ea
>nothing we could do they say
>give refunds to Xbox One users ONLY because they had the same problem.
>im done.

ProJimmyRustler wrote It's not all about the money. That's just the way it works. Your Accounts are just associated to the same origin account. The premium is just for the PS4. Why would you expect them to work for both consoles? It works just like all DLC. You aren't getting screwed. They probably aren't able to help you, because this isn't an issue they have/ need to fix.

But I bought it from EA. As far as Im concerned, if I buy software from Microsoft, I can put in on all my computers in my home.

I am buying premium through EA, NOT through Sony. If EA distributes the service across all platforms, and I own copies for all platforms, then damn straight I should be able to use my membership on all platforms!

It'd be like if you bought gold on TTG on your Mac, and then went on PC and didn't have gold... I purchased the membership from TTG, so I should be able to use it on all computers and browsers.

EA don't care.
As long as they make dollar, they won't give a damn

Buying gold on TTG and buying Premium for a game are two different things. You paid for the Premium. It's basically like the season pass for other games. You don't buy a season pass for a game on xbox and expect it to work on Playstation. It doesn't work like that. Premium is associated to the account linked with your Battle net account, not vise versa. I bought Premium for BF3 on my xbox 360, it didn't transfer over to Origin on my PC. It said I had Premium for Xbox. That's how it works. The accounts are linked together for Convenience not so you can have Premium on all your accounts.

If it worked that way then people could have a PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and a PC all linked to one Premium account. 5 different consoles all getting Premium for one price. That's why you have to buy for each console.

I understand what youre saying, and what Im saying that that is wrong. Why do people flash their xbox's? Probably because customers that have invested a lot of money (over 1,000 dollars like me) into a company that is so money hungry that they make you pay for everything.

I will no longer buy EA games, which is a shame because I drop hundreds of dollars a year on their games.
