The first one blends pretty well but the text is kind of just there, if you really can't get text to fit then leave it out.
I know text design is a hard thing to match up and it continues to be a challenge for many artists.
A few things I'd change about the first piece is the extrude effect,
I would have used a pinch distortion behind the render so it does not look like 2D on top of 3D as much and makes it seem the rest is popping out.
The weapon on the renders back fades away which is sort of awkward, it would have been nice to see that in crystal clear vision with a touch of blur to the background.
I have an issue with the lighting but I believe this is because of the monotone color correction you have on there,
perhaps a drastic two-tone would work well here, and a bit of subtle smudge glow.
Also a little protip here is to never give a signature a shadowbox effect unless it is a shadow box signature so id remove the inner glow/shadow on the main canvas.

As far as the second piece it is by far the best use of that outer render ive seen on here as of yet,
but I would erase the tom of the jaw as its not enough to be something so rather it should be nothing.
A few other suggestions would to be to CC the outer-render to match the signature a little more,
and to add shadow and pinch marks on the inner signature from where the claws are.

Thanks bud, I will will fix those few things and see how it looks!
Yea, the render took a while to put out on the sig though. Not the brightest with pen tool yet unless it's logos.

This is a big help to truly understanding how and why the pentool works.

Yeah but how about you take it up a ballsy notch and add this to a manipulation of a rex monster tearing down a billboard or something, a hard challenge but would be cool to see, maybe set in a city or something. But one thing in the top right hand corner you misses a little bit of the render, it looks like a slight circle.
