If i use a kv recover an account on it and mod it then when I'm done delete it from the xbox and the kv gets banned will the account also get banned?

It's a possiblity that the account gets banned. However when I modded my accounts and the kv was banned, the accounts still stayed unbanned. So you should be okay.

In the majority of cases they just ban the KV if its on your hard drive or not but there has been a few cases I've had an account banned just for doing a recovery on MW3 but the chances are low but it can still happen

I have never had an account banned after the KV was, and I have been through quite a lot of KVs. You should be fine
