Whenever I play a full screen game while watching something (Twitch, Youtube, Netflix) on my second or third monitor it creates a weird and unique fps lag. Upon minimizing the
Video everything returns to normal. I know this is not an issue as far as my hardware capability, due to this issue not happening on borderless. Any suggestions/tips are appreciated.
