Hey guys,
I want a pc so that i can render and make videos for my youtube channel and so i can play some games
I will be mostly using the pc for making videos though and maybe some games

No, but seriously, you want to build a PC, trust me. We can't help without a budget and currency.

Fill out a parts request. Will you overclock CPU if you have the option? Also, for OS, disregard that, you're much better getting an OS for free, it saves a fair amount of money that could be better spent on components. Even for extremely large budgets, I wouldn't pay for an OS. Linux is a free OS and you can get Windows for free, simply use Google/YouTube to find out how if you don't already know.
