What are some good tweaks that i could put on my Iphone 4 Pangu Jb 7.1.2 ? I have zepelin , Font change , Battery Icon change .. Anymore to make my iphone look way better ? Thanks + REP

You can add weatherboard and M'flat. I have those. They're the best for me.

Springtomize 3 is a massive one, which will allow you to change most of your phone.
Barrel for changing the icon movements.
Zepplin for changing the carrier to an icon if you wanted to
CCSettings for your control center
DockShift to change appearance of your Dock
InfiniDock to add more icons to your Dock
Winterboard to change overall appearance of your phone.

barrel adds cool transitions between pages and dynamics add more dyamic(moving) walpapers

The theme that I am using as of now, is called "enkel" and it is quite nice if you want to go and get that!

And, you can download "Cydget" and "Cydget Locksreen Themes" to make your LS look nicer
