Hey guys, been a while since I last posted,
but I want to share with you my Killer katarina,
I'm not the best Lol player out there, so I'm still not the most familiar with builds and what not, but I think that this total damage that her ult can cause is insane..

Katarina scales a lot better off of AP.
I'm pretty sure building her Hybrid reduces her Damage significantly because you only have 2 abilities that scale off of AD.
I'm not sure what Items there is in 3v3 but on Summoners Rift playing Katarina you should Rush Deathfire Grasp (Unless you're playing against Zed or an annoying Fiora mid then you wanna rush Zhonyas Hourglass so you can stop their ultimate's)
Then I usually build Zhonyas Hourglass in between completing my Sorc boots.
Next item Rabadon's Deathcap and then Void Staff (Magic Pen <3 )
Final Item should usually be a defensive item, I usually go for a Guardian's Angel or a Banshee's Vail (buy this if they have a lot of cc it'll buy you a few seconds in Team fights to try get resets)

Rush sorcerers shoes -> Zhonya -> Lisandrys Torment -> Rabadons Deathcap -> Guardian Angel -> Lich Bane/Deathfire Gasp.

If DFG is gonna be bad, i'll just switch to a alternative build that doesn't require dfg, doesn't burst a single target as fast, but wrecks a team. Kats "rework" I don't think is gonna hard effect her.
