my friend has bought some coins off online de golde (off ebay) at the same time as me. However, I have received the coins but he has had them ringing up to try and verify some data, he did what the automated phone told him to do but apparently it kept looping the same thing and nothing happened.

The money has been taken out of his account but the status of his order hasn't changed. Is there anything he can do?
