I was updating my iPad and my little brother held the Home+Lock buttons which turned it off during an update.

Now it just says connect to iTunes what do I do?

Do exactly what it is saying to do and plug the device back into iTunes and you are more than likely going to have to restart the restore/update process all over again..

It should not say only that option. It should say Restore/Update at the top of iTunes and Backup/restore backup at the bottom of iTunes.

Also, if you have not backed up your device and are now having to restore/update you are going to lose all your data. Always back up your devices.
