Hi, I'm looking to buy Nissan 350z, I only have so much to spend and I'm still saving. A 2003 Nissan 350z stock has become available in my neighborhood, I was wondering if you think I could get it for $5000, that's all I can spend on it now. Any thoughts on the price thanks.

It really depends on the condition, miles, everything. Is there new tires? Any dents/scratches?Interior good? 150k+ miles or only 20k? Do you have any more details, but as of now I doubt you could get it for $5000

If you decide to buy a base model, no customizations, with the average amount of miles on the car, I bet you could get around $5,000. You would just buy the car and have to add your own customizations. I would evaluate all the different models since I believe there is a performance and touring model and vice versa. It's good to check in case if you really like the other models so you don't regret the purchase.

I'm sorry I forgot to add its the base model with 100k on it, and its in average condition for a 12 year old car. No mods I would do those myself. Thanks.

You can get a 350Z for $5k...

If you want a car that has:
-Been wrecked
-High mileage
-Needs more than $5,000 worth of repairs
-Been driven hard
-Poorly taken care of

The 03-04 models go for around 7k. It might have problems if it's that cheap or he just needs the money fast. Most likely has problems though. That's cheap for a 350.

Thanks for the input, I have a family friend that owns a shop, and ill ask him if he would look at it for me and if he says its fine ill make an offer. Just so you know the person isn't trying to sell it for $5000 that's what I was going to offer him. Thanks.

Just offer it if everything turns out good, the worst he can say is no. Good luck on it though and post pictures if you do!
