Hey everyone, I really want to start getting into GFX editing and hopefully become really well at it. Im on a MacBook Air and was wondering if there were any good programs to use for mac. Will rep if someone helps but I really want to get into this, Thanks.

The obvious answer here is Photoshop CC. Start by reading the stickies on here, then move on to Youtube tutorials in order to get some basics down and from there on out, let your imagination do the work.

Just because you are on a mac does not mean that you cant get Photoshop and illustrator. Thats where i would start !

I just used it to do the 3d fonts and the breakage i forgot the plugin name. basically allows you to break the font or image up in bits and pull them out one by one or groups

Photoshop CC, Cinema 4D, Adobe Illustrator. They're some good programmes to learn how to use.
