Lizard Squad member does a face-cam interview with Sky News explaining the motive behind the attack. The member (Ryan) said that the attack was performed by just two or three of the members and he said he had no regrets on attacking both companies. He admitted hacking the companies was 'sort of a game' for the members involved.

I highly doubt that is one of the guys behind Lizard Squad, why would a hacker reveal his face?

They said they didn't care about getting caught in an interview with BBC. He said they will most likely be hired by a big tech company to help them improve the security. Maybe he's looking to be sought out by a big company?

One thing I don't get is at the end he says he doesn't feel bad for making gamers spend time with their families, and yet he's there spending much of his Christmas just DDoSing for these silly reasons..

Basically i reckon what he is trying to do is basically trying to get a job from a top company in order to solve their problems but at the same time he may use that as an advantage to steal customers accounts
