My pc has been acting up recently. A few weeks ago my pc began to not boot, usually every 3 boots- now its progressively getting worse. Usually boots 1/10 times.
Symptoms:
Powers on, fans spin, disc drive works, etc. (No post, bios, etc).
Monitor has no signal
USB Keyboard has no signal
I don't hear any beeps coming from it when open
When it does boot (1/10 times) it works, but when I shut it down via windows the fans will continue to spin and power does not go off until I hold down power button.
I'm trying to diagnose the issue, is it PSU, MOBO, or PROCESSOR related?
