This site has changed significantly, but hey! everything eventually changes am I right?
Although it hasn't changed for the better.
Basically no one replies to your topics unless your giving away free things.
It is full off new comers with hardly any posts asking for things etc.
"Modded" lobbies are non existent
Most forums are absolutely dead
I feel when you buy gold you are not getting your moneys worth (Gold members section) is dead, and dosen't get the type of posts it used to.
And also the people like me that are unsatisfied with this website and the standards it has dropped too.
This is MY OWN opinion if you have hate to dish out to me, then don't bother

yh its been dying for a while now,
theres new members everyday but it clearly doesn't show in the activity of the forums. i mean, even the general discussion is often dead now lmao.
gold doesn't mean shit now all these giveaways have came in.

Agreed 2011 - 2013 were some good years, but its slowly dying of full of begs wanting free stuff

Some of your points are valid and the point about the missed lobbies are especially true I was a lurker for 3 years prior to signing up and in the past year or so Modded Lobbies have significantly dropped because people don't get paid back in Modern Warfare 2 (2009-2010) People used too host a lot because they got paid for it but now the only person who can host and make money from it while not getting his posts removed is Rap Cat I think his name is and not to hate on him I am sure he is a cool guy but that's shitty, Many modders on here deserve to be allowed to charge and make money but they're scared of facing the wrath of Sean.
As far as not asking questions goes I have seen an influx in that recently with people asking about consoles or how to do something in COD, But if they aren't asking questions its because there are 100's of answers per question on the internet.

Some new comers do ask for free things at first, but didn't we all?
The site is far from "dying" as it's getting hundreds of members each day...
It's a good job modded lobbies are on the way out, they've been outdated for years.
If people don't reply to your topic, maybe have a look at why and what you would post if you was looking at it. There is a clear reason why, always is.

There is just a lack of HQ-topics recently, there is no point in posting on a topic that is shit.
Maybe its the sub-forums that i frequent...
I complain about lack of HQ-topics however my last topic was from 4 years ago, i just have nothing to post about.
