For the past two days I have not been able to play GTA. Every time I start the game, the first screen will pop up with Michael, Franklin, and Trevor but it will stay on it for a minute or so and then it will crash to the dashboard and says "For some reason Grand Theft Auto 5 took too long to start." I have googled this and have found multiple solutions, but unfortunately cannot find one that works. My last resort was to uninstall it and re-install it, but it didn't work either. If anyone has a solution, I would really appreciate it. I am on the XBOX One.
Edit: I have contacted Microsoft and am sending it to be repaired. I was trying to avoid this but it has to be done. Thank you for your help!

I cannot find their phone number. Now none of my apps will load. And sometimes when I try to do the power cycle it won't get past the green xbox screen. But the times that it does, my Xbox is really slow and laggy.
