Think about it... GTA V came out roughly last year.. GTA IV came out in 2008.. You really think they would make an entire brand new game in a year? I don't think so.

While the game itself is likely to come out some time in the future, next summer is waayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy off.. Rockstar love the build up and marketing side of new releases, GTA V had i think over a year of build up before it came out, this has been 'leaked'. Plus, they also like to take a lot of time making their games so for this to come out less than 2 years after GTA V is also another red flag. Maybe Summer 2015 will see a teaser released? as for a game itself, very, very unlikely.

It takes Rockstar around 6 years to develop a new game GTA 5 hasn't even been out for 2 years yet for them to release a new game. I doubt the next GTA will take place in San Andreas anyways GTA 5 is in Los Santos as is so the next one might be a completely new location or carry on from an older GTA.

EDIT: I hope they don't start making new GTA games less then a year apart that will make every single one that comes out more broken than the last until the series dies out.
