1.Is there any gta v menus out not cashdrop or tools mod menus give me a link to them or type what there called.

2.How is there not a great damn f***King tutorial out there on gta v 1.18 mod menus that i can watch? This much modders and we cant post one freaken video about 1.18 modmenu wow thats lame.

3.If you guys post any menus that work please provide description of how to make it work like setting it up.

Probably because most people realise that unless you're a complete retard you can figure it out for yourself.

If you were a bit more polite the. You may get some help. Don't tell people to spoonfeed you a link/tutorial.
All you have to do is find something called 'initiative' and google it.
