I've been searching for the Sultan for at least 3 hours now and have yet to obtain it. I'v done the prison method 100+ times and drove around Sandy Shore for at least an hour straight. So if you have any methods that have proven useful some assistance would be GREATLY appreciated.

Yep, this has happened to me quiet alot of times. When you want to find a car you can't find it, but when your not looking for it you seem to find it everywhere. So annoying

Ugh I hated finding a Sultan for my friend took us an hour and ten minutes of just driving on Sandy Shores.

best spot to find them is spot one the bev hills look a like area and spot 2 near the air port those are the spots i find them the most honestly they are not rare like ppl make them out to be

Drive to the prison with someone who is driving a sultan then it should spawn
