Since the text is so huge and bold you should take advantage of it by putting pictures of New Orleans in the text.

1. This poster is going to be A2. The text has got to be quite large. I thought that because Orleans has 2 syllables to have it split up in to two parts like that would be an effective piece of visual communication. Its designed the way you read it.
2. I don't want there to be too much body copy. I want to keep it small and compact. I don't it to take up too much room.
3. Yeah sorry, that will be changed. It was just like an example of Lorem ipsum to see how it would look.
4. This is a poster that i have designed for university. It would be used as an informative piece to make people aware that New Orleans has a lot to offer. And because of my designer i wanted to use just typography.
Do you think that the poster is effective ?

Nice! Much better than the first draft.
Are you manually wrapping the body text around the letters? It looks a little inconsistent in the margins. Not sure if you're adding text through Photoshop or Illustrator, but there are lots of tutorials out there that show you how to nicely wrap text around objects.
It might also help give us a better idea if you had the actual body copy in instead of filler text.
I'm not knowledgable on New Orleans but what about it makes it New Orleans? Maybe it will look nice if you added some other rhetorical elements to it to give it that 'New Orleans' personality.
The aesthetic is very Alan Kitching-esque!
